It’s quite simple!

· You check the available apartments, and decide which apartment
  you would like to book

· Send us an e-mail stating your preferred dates of stay

· The availability of the unit will be confirmed within 24 hours. If the unit is
  not available on your preferred dates, provided that you have some
  flexibility, you will be notified of its availability immediately prior to or
  after your preferred dates. Also, if there are other units available on
  your preferred dates, you will be sent the relevant information.

· Note that apartment rental fees include all utilities, internet usage
  (if available), linen and towels. (If available, maid service or additional
  cleaning during your stay will be charged extra on the site.) There are
  no hidden additional charges such as booking fee, taxes, cleaning,
  towels and linen.

· All units have the basic furniture, central heating/hot water, refrigerator,
  freezer, TV, queen bed, and cooking appliances. Additional appliances and
  features are specified for each unit on the summary page.

· Once we both agree on the unit to be rented and the dates, we will send
  you a simple rental agreement, and ask you to deposit 50% of the rental fee
  in order to secure the booking. If you prefer, you may make the full payment
  at once to minimize the hassle. As soon as we receive your deposit, we will
  send you an information sheet containing specific information about the unit.
  This sheet will also include information on such things as arrival from the
  airport, neighborhood grocery shopping, emergencies, internet cafes and so on.

· Full payment must be made 2 weeks prior to your date of arrival at the latest.
  Payments should be made in US Dollars either with a check drawn on a US bank
  or bank wire. The rental agreement should be signed and returned to us no
  later than 2 weeks prior to your date of arrival.

· If, for any reason, you need to cancel your booking before the balance is paid,
  we will be pleased to return your deposit provided that the unit can be booked
  for that specific period. Once the full payment is made, it is non-refundable.

· Provided that the full payment and the rental agreement are received, you
  will be ready for your stay. Somebody will meet you at the unit at your time
  of arrival. Therefore, we kindly ask you to let us know your approximate time
  of arrival to the unit. Please remember that it may take between 1.5 and 3 hours
  to get to the unit from the airport after your landing. The exact time would
  depend on the time of arrival (rush hour vs other), how busy the airport is,
  and the location of the unit. More specific information will be given in the
  detailed info sheet on each unit.

· On your day of departure, the person who will check the unit and get the
  keys from you will be at the unit at your time of departure. Please let us know
  your time of departure in advance, preferable at the time of arrival to the unit.
